No Disneyland Vacation can be complete without a Disneyland tour – especially if it is your first trip to Disneyland. There are currently four different tours to choose from, and Disneyland park admission is required for all tours. It is strongly advised that you make a reservation for the tours that you wish to go on.

Disneyland’s Discover the Magic Tour may be the most popular of the four. This tour will have you and your family working with Disneyland characters to find clues and hunt for treasure. You can literally live out a Disneyland fantasy with your family and loveable characters, outsmarting the Disney bad guys! This tour includes lunch and an exclusive gift that can only be obtained on this tour.

The Discover the Magic Tour lasts for about three hours. There is a two ticket minimum, and the cost is $49 each of the first two tickets, with additional tickets costing $39. The tour is appropriate for the 5 – 9 year old age group, and adults. The tour is not really suitable for children under the age of five, or for children who need strollers.

The VIP Tour lasts for about four hours, and costs $75 per hour for a party of up to ten people. You must book this tour well in advance, or there will be an additional twenty dollar fee. Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, is just a three hours journey from New Delhi, the capital of India. It has been one of the most attractive tourist spots in India for foreigners for years. Taj Mahal, the “best-ever symbol of eternal love” stands on the bank of river Jamuna at Agra, in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Taj Mahal, one of India’s best architectural wonders was built by the fifth Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan in 1631 in the memory of his second wife, Arjumand Banu who was later known as Mumtaz Mahal, (The meaning of the word Mumtaz Mahal is the Distinguished of the Palace).

Taj, the famous dome rests on a huge white marble terrace rising from a high red sandstone base (186×186 feet ) is flanked by four tapering minarets. Shahjahan consulted experts from the Middle East and Europe as he planned his legacy, which took Twenty Thousand people over Twenty-Two years to build. Madame Tussaud’s wax museum has now grown to become a major tourist attraction in London, incorporating (until recently) the London Planetarium in its west wing. It has expanded with branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Las Vegas, New York City, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Washington, D.C. and Hollywood. Today’s wax figures at Tussauds include historical and royal figures, film stars, sports stars and famous murderers. Known as “Madame Tussauds” museums (no apostrophe), they are owned by a leisure company called Merlin Entertainments, following the acquisition of The Tussauds Group in May 2007.

In July 2008, Madame Tussauds’ Berlin branch became embroiled in controversy when a 41-year old German man brushed past two guards and decapitated a wax figure depicting Adolf Hitler. This was believed to be an act of protest against showing the ruthless dictator alongside sports heroes, movie stars, and other historical figures. However, the statue has since been repaired and the perpetrator has admitted he attacked the statue to win a bet. The original model of Hitler, unveiled in Madame Tussauds London in April 1933 was frequently vandalised and a replacement in 1936 had to be carefully guarded.

rises above the town of Aspen, with a top elevation of 11215 feet and a vertical drop of 3269 feet. There are 76 trails suitable for beginners, intermediates, and experts, accessible by eight lifts, including seven chair lifts and one cable car line.

While Aspen has much to offer skiers, as well as those who enjoy the night life in a ski town, you should expect lots of crowds and lift lines on the slopes. Have you heard of Dubai’s famous indoor ski slope? When you try to imagine it do you think of something like a slope in the middle of the mall covered with fake synthetic snow? A ride fit, at best, for kids? Well, you are as horribly wrong, as I was! I stood with my mouth agape when I finally saw it first hand. We are talking a proper ski slope with real ice and snow blowers that blow proper (although man made) snow onto the slopes. A full size ski lift to take you up to the top of the slopes, tobogganing and ski hire. We are talking a full size operation here where people can actually take skiing holidays to Dubai.

Perhaps it is time to consider taking your holidays to Dubai, because if you have not already done so you have missed out on one of the best most varied experiences there is to be had!

Many people actually learned to ski on that very slope in the downtown Dubai mall in between luxuriously relaxing days at the beach sipping exotic cocktails. Don’t even get me started on those gorgeous beaches either. They are simply stunning Caribbean style. Do a Google search for Dubai pictures and see for yourself.

And if you do decide to take your holidays to Dubai, while you are there why not zip off into the desert on a camel safari for anywhere from a few hours to a few days. I loved pony rides on the beach just as the sun was setting and then there was the awesome water slides with rapids, wave pool and even the Jumeirah Scarah ride which proposes to get you up to approximately 80km per hour! Once was enough for me and I have since decided that I shall not attempt to go that fast again unless in a motor vehicle! The rapids were awesome though.

Well Dubai now is the new center of the world and it’s totally amazed by the beauty and variety and you will be to if you decide to take you holidays to Dubai.
